This warranty outlines coverage for materials, finish performance, and installation-related components when installed according to industry standards and local building codes.

1. What Your Warranty Covers

The Manufacturer warrants that aluminum gutter system products are free from defects in material and workmanship during the manufacturing process. Additionally, the finish on the products is protected against chipping, peeling, flaking, or blistering under normal weather conditions and use.

Coverage applies when products are properly installed and maintained according to accepted construction standards.

2. How Long Coverage Lasts

For individually owned residential properties, the Limited Lifetime Warranty remains in effect for as long as the original owner owns the property. For non-residential or non-individual ownership, coverage extends up to 50 years from the installation date, with prorated coverage after transfer.

The warranty may be transferred to a new owner; however, coverage duration may be limited and prorated based on the original installation date.

3. What The Manufacturer Will Do

If a defect is confirmed, The Manufacturer may repair, replace, or refund the cost of the defective product portion. Coverage includes material and original installation labor associated with the affected components.

All claims must be validated through proper inspection, and the manufacturer’s responsibility will not exceed the original purchase and installation cost of the defective materials.

4. What Is Not Covered

Improper installation or contractor workmanship issues
Damage from weather events such as hail, wind, or storms
Normal wear including fading, staining, or discoloration
Contact with incompatible materials or chemicals
Structural movement, settling, or property shifting
Damage caused by lack of maintenance or misuse
Alterations, repainting, or modifications to the product

Important Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to qualifying aluminum gutter system products and does not extend to additional components or modifications. Replacement products may vary slightly in color due to normal weathering.

The Manufacturer is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages and reserves the right to modify product designs or discontinue materials without notice.

Care & Maintenance Requirements

Proper maintenance is required to keep the warranty valid. Routine cleaning and inspection help ensure long-term performance. Avoid using high-pressure washing or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
